Mongolian materials or info

On this website, we aim to collect and compile various materials and information related to the traditional Mongolian language and introduce them.

Traditional Mongolian language is sometimes referred to as Classical Mongolian, and it uses traditional vertical writing with characters that have varying lengths, unlike English. The order of vertical lines is from left to right, which is different from Japanese, and as a result, it is not suitable for horizontal writing.

The traditional Mongolian language is still primarily used by Mongolian people living in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. In Mongolia, which shares the same language, the use of the Cyrillic alphabet in Russian began in the 1940s, but there has been a recent movement to restore the traditional Mongolian language, which has been officially decided to be used as a national language in addition to Cyrillic from 2025.

This website specializes in content related to the traditional Mongolian language. We plan to introduce the following genres at this point, but I think there will be additions and corrections as we write.
